From what we've experienced so far, I'd give Peterson Meadows a 5 in all categories. We haven't needed/experienced much related to category 4 as my Mom is under Independent living and doesn't require much concerning quality of care, physically/health/medical. However, I've got a confidence that they earn a 5 in that category as well for those that require more care and/or if my Mom ever does.

My wife and I moved to Peterson Meadows about a year ago. We consider it the best independat Senior living facility in Rockford. The apartments are roomy and bright. The landscaping is beautiful and all of the staff are truly amazing. We just love it here and I;m sure you would also just love to live here. --Tom and Sheri

We have been very pleased with Peterson Meadows. The apartments here are really nice and they have a full kitchen so she can cook meals here if she wants here. The food is really good and she enjoys the meals. My mom has a ton of friends here and overall she loves it. She also like that the staff are very responsive and friendly, if she pushes her button someone comes right away and they stay with her and make sure she is ok. I would recommend to others looking.

When my husband and I decided to downsize and find a different place to live, we attended an introductory meeting at Peterson Meadows (PM). We were favorably impressed by the presentation and what PM had to offer. We eventually decided to build a duplex. The building experience was wonderful with the builder and staff so helpful and accommodating of our wants and needs. We moved into our lovely new home in February of 2018. We love it here. The staff is kind and so helpful no matter the situation. We appreciate the philosophy that under girds how PM is run. It is a place where God is honored. I've found residents to be friendly and caring. The staff does a great job to make activities available, meals are delicious, and one participates as desired. I highly recommend Peterson Meadows. Come...take a look!

A Place for Mom has scored Peterson Meadows 9 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
