This is a good place to live. My loved one has been happy here and with all the activities offered. There is a continental breakfast served each day. Some of the activities available are breakfast, wine Wednesday, taco Tuesday, Happy Hour, movies once a week and more for the residents to choose from. Care services Zero there are none except activities class which is good. Staff and Manager always on phone/in office never talks to anyone. Others are friendly but always so busy. Meals none/or only bits and pieces. No cost to owner. Activities there is live music on Friday night is good. Other is only cards, etc no cost to owner. No value except good apartment and location. Nothing from owner. Outside is looking worse. Dead grass and bushes. Few flowers. Right now everything works however they are going to one maintenance man so who knows. It's best to take care of yourself not depend on them for anything. GOOD LOCATION Can't believe I'm so negative. I like my apartment size and layout. It's quiet and attractive and works. Near elevator and trash room. I've made friends after a year. I'll stay because I don't want to move. Security is almost nil. Gates don't work so stay open.

The improvements this community could start with would be the cleanliness of the hallways, even though its a newer model the carpets are a little stained. Also the elevator has an odor to it sometimes, it doesn't smell fresh. Also they could improve the food, the quality is good but it is the type of food being served. They don't seem to be to cautious regarding the dietary restrictions. For example for breakfast it is a lot of pastries.

It is a great community. It is small enough to be a community. Some other communities are spread out, and seem to get lost in the larger communities as well. This community has been able to continue on with activities for the residents during the pandemic. They have great communication with the families.
The building itself and the rooms are nice, modern, and have a good layout for the residents. The food they serve would be about a three out of five and we would recommend this community to a family or friend.

The value of this community and the location that it is in really stood out to us. The rooms the offer are regular apartment size so they are pretty big, We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

Loved the complex. Everything very new. Activities Coord gave the tour and she was super friendly and knowledgeable. No regular meal options, though community pot lucks and happy hours. Close to Frisco shopping, mall, and other retail.

The thing that I like best is that I feel safe and secure. You can't get in or out without a passcode. The community is gated. I do have a problem with the food service. The food is good but the staff limit our portions and I then see them pack up the food and take it home with them. My apartment is nice but it is small. I guess you get what you pay for, and this size was all that I could afford.

Really like this community. Seems within budget. Want to know more about their partnership with Lyft, age of complex etc. however, this looks like exactly what I am after at their Plano facility. Frisco is a little too far north for me.

February 4, 2020We are glad that you enjoyed your visit! Can't wait to have you back, we love making friends!
New staff is outstanding takes sincere interest in our interests! The activities are always interesting and the try to involve everyone in all the activities! My only request is that they have recycling. Several people have moved out to other apartments and I was speaking to them and they realized they made a mistake. Nice facility, nice gym and well stocked library . Need to clean carpets!

May 8, 2020Mr. Sailors, Thank you very much for the awesome review and kind words. We appreciate all that you do for our community.
I have lived here for one year, and I have never been happier. The apartments are great, the halls are nice and wide, and well lighted 24 hours. Everything is kept spotlessly clean, even the grounds are well kept. The staff is always there to help, (I adore [name removed]), and there are lot of activities. How could you ask for more?

November 11, 2019We are glad that you are happy in your new home. Please don't hesitate to come to the office if you need anything. We are here to make sure you are HAPPY!!
This community is a year and half old has already changed ownership. Apartments were very nice and spacious and light. Continental breakfast and no meal plans are currently offered on site. They've also sold the bus and now suggest to the residents to call Uber for transportation needs. This community felt more like an apartment community versus an independent senior living residence. Friendly staff, however, overall disappointing.
