Morada Pantego

My mother does not enjoy living there due to the lack of cleanliness. It's not that bad but she's very particular.

I would say the staff makes you feel wanted and safe.This community exhibits such great customer service that allow me to make the decision much easier for my grandmother.

Respectfully, this community is mismanaged. Food is fair. Overall evaluation would be to expensive with minimal amenities. It smelled like mold. The ladies that took us to tour the apartments were friendly.

I'm very disappointed in this establishment. When I first moved in here everything was great. As time went on things became trendy as they were in my previous " home " . The air-conditioning in the kitchen has been out for two weeks now. Management told everyone here that a " part " for the A/C should arrive by July 29 ( today ). So far no part. The menu has been abbreviated to certain foods because the grill is off secondary to heat in the kitchen. OK. We were told now that it will be approximately another week for the part to arrive. The existing menu isn't what this website claims nor what is printed in the lease. My question is, when are residents and their families going to wake up and realize that the owners here are scamming them.

Right when you walk into Morada Pantego it just looks clean and looks like an upscale apartment complex. There are no fowl smells and it does not feel like a nursing home at all. The staff members are incredible they are so friendly. The meals they serve according to our loved one are excellent, she loves them and they always have different activities going on. It is a good value and we would recommend this community to other families.

My person is so happy there and loves it there so much. He is having a great time. He loves the meals. Initially we were able to negotiate a good price. But he's been there only a month, and they raised his rent already. Which is money that he doesn't have. I don't understand how they could do that. It's just a shock when everything else has been so great.

Nice, small community that includes meals in the price of rent. Maintenance could be improved. Very friendly staff and residents.

Morada Pantego is a very nice community and the staff members are super friendly. Our loved one says the meals and dining service is fantastic. We really like the location of this community, it is very close to their doctors and transportation is able to take them to and from appointments. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to others.

This community is fantastic. All of the food is freshly made and it fits exactly what my mother needs as a diabetic for a long time. The meals fit everyone's lifestyle and that is really impressive to me. They have activities all the time and all of the residents love to participate. You get every penny that you put into this community, they have the best director in housing and making sure that everything and everyone is well taken care of. I am looking for housing also and if I can go here that is where I want to be.

The staff members at Morada Pantego are wonderful and so friendly. Every time we speak to our parents they talk about how much they love the meals and dining. They enjoy partaking in the outside activities that come in - physical therapy. The value for cost is excellent.

I tell everyone I feel like I'm living in a hotel because I don't have to clean or cook or anything. I just feel comfortable here. I can stay in my apartment if I want, or go out and meet up with neighbors. It's not a community that dictates "you have to do this or that." You can come and go as you please. I just really like it here. It's in a good location that's easily accessible, and there are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The only thing is, as a light smoker, I have to go outside to smoke and can't do so in my apartment. But that's not such a big deal. Everything else is more important to me.
