Most everyone is friendly. The recreation director is so good at what she does, we have something to do most everyday. I feel safe here. The upkeep of the property is kept very well. A great place to live!

The main reason I chose The Orchard at Arlington Highlands was because the facility is closer to my family. The apartment sizes and the amenities that are offered are nice! This has been an amazing experience for me. I hate to leave but I am looking for something better.

Review for The Orchard at Arlington Highlands

I love it here we do a lot of stuff together. But I do want to we do not have meals prepared for us we have a lot of pot luck meals and we all share that. We get together once a month and go out to eat at any place that offers senior discount or we let us have the lunch menu at 5:00 when we get there. That is fun and helps us all out with the price.

A very Christian Community

It is very costly living here at The Orchard at Arlington Highlands, however the community is kept very clean and the staff members and residents are so kind. I really like The work out room, as well as the community gatherings. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Experience at the Orchard

New People are not easily accepted into the groups already established. Apartments are good. Maintenance is good. They are very prompt and efficient. The carpet is worn but that's to be expected. Not too bad!

Highly recommended

We chose The Orchard at Arlington Highlands because the location is great but it was also by far the most space for the money. The other highlight was the amount of natural light inside the facility, there are windows on every floor at each end so it is very bright and cheery and has a modern look to it. They have a lot of activities such as a shuttle bus that takes them out to go shopping and on trips, on site they have karaoke nights, bingo, pot lucks, holiday events, crafts, etc. They made the whole process very easy for us and we would highly recommend them to others looking.
