Madison Estates

This is a decent community.

We chose Madison Estates because of the price and the convenient location to family. She is in a 1 bedroom apartment and it is just right for what she needs. My mom does not like the food at all and will not even eat it. They serve eggs every morning and she does not like it. They do serve oatmeal sometimes but it is very hard. She said it is always fish or chicken and it is served cold. I think it would be a different experience if she was able to eat in the dining room.

2 bedroom on the third and main floor; difficult with the dogs; place was a little run down, but they are refurbishing the apartment, completely, so it will be like new.

We chose Madison Estates because of the value for the money. The apartment sizes are small compared to some others we looked into, the kitchens are small. They have 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms available. I do think they need to update the facility, it is older and needs some TLC. It is in a convenient location close to a medical center. Overall I would recommend and already have.

The whole property is dated. And according to Mom, the food is poor. However.... they are doing their best during the pandemic to keep everything running in the safest way possible!

The staff are very friendly and genuinely care for the residents. Facility is clean and well maintained!

Comfortable rooms, dining room bright, airy, and plenty of seating. Game rooms, music room, outdoor pool, superb staff at all times.

Excellent tour and we enjoyed our time there. The residents seemed to be content and had many activities to enjoy. Lunch was good and provided restaurant style. This is an older facility and common areas need updated. The apartments clean and well maintained. The price was reasonable.

Hello and good morning. I enjoyed my visit to Madison Estates. They have everything a person would want if they like activities such as the arts (music and plays, arts and crafts). They have a swimming pool, great outdoor seating and cedar wood decks, etc. the apartment are 1bedroom and spacious like the other residences that I visited. Madison appears to be a fun and upbeat place to live. The residents that I encountered were cheerful and outgoing. Lots going on yesterday: a jewelry vender in one of the great rooms and a veterans appreciation activity in another room providing awesome canvas walking hats to those that wanted one. The staff were friendly and personable, willing to share their own personable stories. Great visit!

Price is just right! Really liked this community. Seems like a great fit for Mom.

I went on a tour here and it was good. They were very nice and helpful. It was an older but has good accommodations. It was a very big place I think dad would be overwhelmed. They offered lots of daily activities. The dining room was nice and people were nice and were engaging with each other and it smelled wonderful.

My Father is extremely happy here as well as with the staff. They have been very nice and kind. All of the staff members have been very responsive to all of his requests. They also work very hard to keep everyone entertained. From playing poker, to all of the socials, and they have a bunch of music entertainment. The facility itself has a homey, comfy, lively feel to it. I would recommend this facility.

We like the tour for the possibility of living here. The cottage was nice and clean. We like that the community offered us to have meals or be able to cook for ourselves. The staff was nice and we would recommend that if you need a smaller cottage that this would be a good option.

Madison Estates was a beautiful community. It was very large and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all of the questions that we had. The rooms were too small for me but might be a better fit for others.

The experience is going just right for me since I moved into the community. There is enough activities for me to do through out the day and week. the meals could use more improvement. Like more seasoning and flavor with the food but it is still good enough to eat. Housekeeping does a good job keeping my room comfortable and the light cleaning is helpful.

My loved one never got to experience how great they are. The people at Madison Estates were awesome to work with. We had a great start and had hoped to move in. It is just an awesome place for seniors.

My favorite tour was probably the one of Madison Estates. When I arrived, the man was ready with a packet of information and gave me a brief presentation before we went and looked around. It was a beautiful place but the apartments were small and dated. Other than that, everyone was friendly and it was a good experience.

Very large facility. Common areas very nice and the room sizes were good. The rooms could use some upgrading.

I have been impressed with the staff at this community. They are helpful, friendly and proactive. They take care of any issues we bring to their attention quickly. The food is hot, tasty and they offer a good variety of choices. They offer some activities such as poker and dominoes, however I think they could use a little more variety. The community is clean and they do their best to present a pleasant and current atmosphere.
