Madison Estates

An area of improvement - Serve the meals hotter.. everyone comments that the meals are not served hot enough. However I really like the Friendliness.

It's very expensive, and the quality of the food is bad. They have roaches. They can improve by getting better food, going down on the rent, and getting rid of the roaches. The only good thing, is they offer therapy. I would not recommend to other people.

It's ok but lacks 100% in the food and activities department. I'm moving from here because of the lack of. I cannot recommend this place.

We chose Madison Estates because of the value of the money as well as the friendliness of the staff members. The apartment my mom has is good size for her, they have various sizes you are able to choose from. My mom loves the maintenance staff they help her out all the time whenever she needs it. I would recommend to others looking.

for people who want a place where they can be independent, but also have support - this would be a good environment.

The staff members at Madison Estates get a 5 plus they are wonderful. It has a very homey feeling to it, a very inviting atmosphere and most of the residents there are very happy which is a major plus. There will always be people to complain about the meals, but everyone we visit and speak with our loved one he is happy. The management is top notch, the manager and assistant manager are superior.

I would encourage others to come when they can. It's a good place to live. The friendliness, food, and the price all make it a good place. It is affordable. The staff are there if you need anything and are willing to help.

This is an older community that is I need of an update. The common areas are old BUT the apartments are LARGE and roomy. The best I looked at.

The manager came from the hotel industry and treat the residence there like they are in a 5-star hotel. The staff's focus is on the residence and really care and are there for them. They have a small bus with wheelchair accessibility for transportation and that has been very handy. The security is very good in this community also. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We chose Madison Estates because she liked the size of the apartments and they have a very big patio. It also had a nicer hotel feel rather than institutional and felt more homey. The apartment sizes here are larger than all of the other places we looked at for the same amount of money, but she does wish it had more storage space. They are really good about trying to get things situated if she has any concerns and making sure everyone has what they need. I do know that they tried their hardest with activities during covid, I think we will have a better idea once things are opened up all the way. I would recommend to others looking.

It is good, and honestly it is what the individual wants to do. They have activities for the residents to choose from. The staff is attentive and they are busy. The only issue we have is the food.

I would tell others this is an extremely nice community. This is like a hotel, however, you are able to participate in lots of activities. They have residents that have been friendly and have been there a long time.

The food was not good at all and there was not a good selection. The feedback we offered was not accepted. I would not recommend this community to others. The location is good but the food was not good.
