Le Bleu Chateau is a dynamic senior living community in exciting Burbank, California. Just 12 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles, Burbank has many dining and shopping options, as well as some of the world’s most famous movie and television studios. Le Bleu Chateau has been offering affordable senior living for over 20 years.
The home features inviting living spaces with an abundance of natural light. The home’s enclosed courtyard offers comfortable patio seating amongst lush plants. Residents can take their morning coffee on their balconies overlooking the courtyard and chat with the neighbors. The home’s professional staff offer support with daily living and provide a number of enrichment activities. Community members enjoy tai chi, outings, singalongs, movies, games, gardening, and more.
Residents are offered options of comfortably furnished private and companion apartments. Housekeeping, laundry, and chef-prepared meals are provided for worry-free retirement, as well as transportation to appointments. Chateau contains a designated memory care space for its residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. The home is open to short-term respite stays and compassionate end-of-life care. For those who aren’t sure if community living is right for them, Le Bleu offers one-month trial stays.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this incredibly personal clean and. Safe assisted living. I searched hundreds and I knew this was perfect . Mom was used to living very well and it continued until she passed peacefully. She loved the activities and the friends. I visited constantly moving near her so I could see her often . All her many relatives visited and were delighted. I had all her own furniture put in and she had a shower with assistance everyday and help with dressing. I took her to do her nails and hair and the beach. I know she was happy because near the end of her life...she took both my hands to her face and said ...thank you my beautiful daughter for taking such good care of me...I've felt spoiled and loved and safe ...that was worth everything I had gone thru to find le blue chateau...mom is in heaven now but I can thank this great charming clean caring place for making her final years fun safe and happy ones...Love

It was under construction at the time of the tour. Very old building. It had a sad feeling to it. It didn't seem like a great independent living situation.
Staff and facility owners worked with us to find a placement solution for family member that has worked out great. Everyone working here seems invested in making the facility friendly. They seem connected to the residents.

Didn't like it. There are two separate buildings. I went to the first building and liked it, then went to the second building for memory care and the lobby was too dark and disgusting. I can say that the people were very, very nice.

The memory care unit was very dark and dismal. All the furniture was old and beat up. Fresh paint and minor repairs greatly needed. Staff seemed unorganized and they never could get ahold of the person I was suppose to meet. They activity director who showed me around was very nice tho.

Friendly and dedicated staff. Seemed to provide the most value of the places seen so far. If more advanced dementia care is needed, the transition is easy. A one month trial visit is available.

Loved this place right up Glenoaks. Very pleasant and comfortable. Nice dining room pretty lobby. Rooms were very nice size. A single $1800.00 double $2300.00. Brochure is $1900.00 but a double for $1800.00. To divide room long dresser with mirror divided room.
