Everyone we have met is friendly and helpful from 1st contact with sale/marketing moving in belongings maintenance staff very helpful, nurse, respectful room/laundry very clean dining staff very attentive cannot say enough good things. My dad is in good hands.

We were pleased that a referral from a friend and reviews from A Place For mom lived up to the expectation. Director of Market and all the staff. was and continues to be instrumental in the ease of completing necessary steps and making a smooth transition for our mom.

Facility are nice and the staff have been great! They have really made my moms transition into assisted living easy for my mom and us.

Ingersoll Place is exceptional in the care, kindness and respect given to seniors. It is beautiful and well kept and the families seniors are encouraged to visit and share. A great home for my mom where we can visit and enjoy each other.

Beautiful Facility, well maintained, mostly kind and friendly staff. Be clear about financial status and transportation needs. Elect to have auto delivery for medications, Overall, very pleased that my mom can age in place.

I like everything about Ingersoll Place. = positive very good place. Ingersol Place is a great place for a family member who needs assistance it is clean, not so large and staff is wonderful. I would recommend Ingersol Place as a choice for your loved one.

Ingersoll is lovely and made us feel welcomed and valued. Our dad feels safe and at ease there! Our immediate first choice for him.

If we could give the friendliness of the staff a 10 we would! My dad and stepmom moved in a year and a half ago. My step-mom really needed the care, but my dad didn't. Since then, my stepmom has passed and dad has realized he's the highest functioning 94 year old there! What is wonderful is that the staff really try to name sure he is engaged in the activities that are designed for the higher functioning adults like trips to museums, out to eat, and to concerts. What our family likes best about Ingersoll is that they have become our extended family. The nurses, the doctor, the chefs....even the housekeepers are absolutely fantastic and understand the needs of our elders. Dad frequently visits one of his kids in another state and loves doing this, but always upon his return, he says "It's good to be home."

It has been a wonderful experience. For the value for cost the fees seem rather high but I guess it is an expensive business to be in. Initially $[removed] then increase to $[removed] monthly. Finding alternate ways of fulfilling resident needs added more expense not originally planned. It always comes down to money. Your stay will last as long as the money holds out. No assistance provided to get resident public benefits or even options to extend stay on reduced payment and public benefits. I feel like we have been set adrift now that money is tight and prime dollar is not available. No real long term outlook by facility once initial admittance review accomplished. They do generally seem to be a caring and giving environment. Just need to be more proactive and creative with finances for residents to stay longer. Maybe a semi-annual review of finances needed to minimize surprises. They seemed genuinely shocked when told of funds status for resident. Their plan was for funds reported at acceptance to last 18 month but after 14 months we are beginning to struggle. Their original estimate was done without tax consideration. The semi annual review could have foretold this instead of at the end. Even a plan for after monies spent would have helped.

IMPRESSIVE As I entered the "Atrium" the sun filtered down from the skylight. The Atrium is a Large Reading Room with a warm fireplace and many comfortable chairs. The Dining Room is spacious and with its many windows creates an atmosphere of brightness. Besides The Grandfather Clock, there are Several antique dishes to admire. The Chef does an excellent job of preparing the menu with many dishes. To choose from. ALL meals we carefully prepared. The wait staff is always smiling and efficient. Adjacent to the dining room there is a Library with an abundant selection of fiction and nonfiction books. The Activities Director does an excellent job of preparing the monthly calendar. There are many daily activities to keep the residents occupied both mentally and physically. The cleaning crew always courteous and efficient does an excellent job of keeping our rooms clean. The professional nursing staff is on duty 24 hours per day and they are very attentive. P.S. It only takes a smile to brighten Someone's day.

My mom lived at Ingersoll Place Assisted living for 1.5 years. Mom and I were extremely happy with the loving staff who treated all the residents with warmth. The facility was always clean and cheerful with many wonderful cities each week. Great rooms!

Staff in the memory care unit are respectful and understanding. No how many questions. Remind them of things for [name removed] they are always pleasant.

I found all of the staff from admissions through discharge to be caring and empathetic to my aunt's concerns, but also to my concerns for her well being.

We felt very welcome as soon as we walked in the door for the tour. We had a very pleasant experience. Parents loves the staff, they take very good care. heck on them often and encourages them to participate in activities.

I toured the facility and was welcomed warmly, the information packet was great. My aunt moved in, in April and felt immediately like it was a new home.

Ingersoll Place has been a blessing for our family. We weren't expecting to need assisted living for our dad this soon. They made the transition easy and helped us through the process with kindness and understanding.

at first, the thought of getting my aunt into an assisted living facility in a different state seemed in surmountable. Contacted "A Place For Mom" to initiate the task at hand and they really jumped in and climbed this mountain with me over 3 months. Never would have found Ingersoll Place without them

We recently placed our Aunt at Ingersoll Place after visiting and researching several other places. Our Aunt is on a fixed income, and Ingersoll Place still checked all of the boxes for us. The staff, facility, and grounds are amazing! We definitely recommend.

I was here supervising high school students for several days. I am very impressed with their facility. The staff are attentive and very polite. The facility was/is very clean and comfortable. The residents were also very nice.
