I would recommend the community for others. The people were friendly and it was a smaller community. They gave good attention to the residents. They kept the communication open and let me know what was going on.

The community is wonderful. If the community serves something the resident doesn't like, they will make the resident something different. The meals are being delivered to the rooms due to lock down for the pandemic.

We chose Greenfield Senior Living because it was affordable and it was recommended. The room sizes vary, the more you pay the bigger room you get. My favorite part about the community would be the friendliness or the staff members. They were all very good and it was also convenient to where I worked. I would absolutely recommend this community.

Left my father here for less than a week. They constantly left him alone in the so called community room. He was constantly falling down. Policy is they send to ER every time someone falls, so in a 5 day vacation, I had to stop and go to the ER 3 of them. When he returned home, he was never the same. Acted differently. Was completely different person.

Greenfield is a very warm and caring facility. The staff is very attentive to all our needs. Our nursing care staff could not be any better. I recommend Greenfield to anyone looking for a second home.

I love living here because I feel secure and safe. Activities is my favorite form of entertainment. Not only do I stimulate my mind socializing is very important to me. Being with other people completes my day. I enjoy wiring letters in my room to help pass the time.

I moved my mom in 3 years ago at first we were happy. When the present ED took over things started to go down hill. I worry about my mom because security at Greenfeild is not very high on the priority list. You can walk in off the street at 10 pm am and no one will be around I have personally spoken to the ED and he really does not care I would not trust my cat to the nursing staff. Greenfeild pays so little the cant find help Activities are non existent their idea of activities is making a necklace out of washers The food is basically frozen and the cook just reheats it Maintenance is full of stupid people who can barely hang a picture straight. I recommend letting your loved one live in your garage in a box over moving to Greenfeild. I have called corporate many times and they never return my calls. I am moving my mom out

This one was very nice. Helpful staff. Very clean. Seemed like a small facility. I am planning a another tour with my mother in-law next week. She seems interested.

The facility is very clean. The staff was friendly and the environment could be described as being comfy. Renovated from a former school, one would have a hard time realizing that it was a former school except for the stage that remains from the school which they use for presentations for the residents (very cool). The only reason I give Greenfield a 4-star is because of the steps required of independent living residents and the dim lighting in the staircases. Mom loved the feel of the facility and it ranks high on our list for when she is ready to make a move. Mom grew up in a country setting; the facility is set in an older established neighborhood which is what mom is looking for.

I was very impressed with Greenfield from the minute I stepped into the door...it had a “coming home” feeling to it, not huge and overwhelming, but quiet and Inviting...I spoke to a content resident who highly recommended Greenfield...he was nicely dressed as were the other residents that were around....I kind of popped in unexpectedly but I didn’t see anyone in distress even when we visited the Memory Care unit. Residents were comfortable and not stuck in wheelchairs all day like a few other places that I have visited...I feel good about bringing my stepmom here.

I was not comfortable with placing my parent here. I was not crazy about the memory care area. It was like a maze to get to the memory care and overwhelming. The whole area was in a huge building but two floors up and away from everything. I believe they were a lock down area. There was a smell that I did not like and I would not recommend them. The lady who showed me around was very nice and answered my question but this was not the best fit.

I like the care that my father receives here. The community is clean and maintained. The menu could use some improvements. They have activities for the residents to participate. They were understanding and we would recommend other families to this community for the care of a loved one.

The staff is very rude. Sometimes ignoring a request. Administration, especially the director does not return telephone calls even after admitting receiving your message. There are many hidden costs that are on the "other services" list. I've never paid the same amount each month. The dollar margin is close, but not the same. Also you need to use a ramp to access the 2nd floor. All other floors can be accessed by ground level or elevator. You can find the same care cheaper elsewhere.

We were very impressed by the staff and all the activities that we saw the clients participating in. The facility is a nice size and not overwhelming like a few others.

I toured this community. The community was clean and well maintained. They were able to answer the questions of the care. They do offer a good variety of nice activities for the residents. They did not have the care that we were looking for at the time. We would recommend this community for other.
