Can-do corporate culture permeates the entire staff. Residents friendly and welcoming! Fun, positive environment with very good dining and activity options. PT and exercise classes available. The service staff is excellent.

This place is fabulous. We moved in two weeks ago. Staff attitude is 100% “can do”. Smiles everywhere…helpful above and beyond. Food is delicious. Residents are super friendly and very interesting. Very happy with this decision. Come join us!

Five Star Premier Residences has exceeded our expectations in every way. The beautiful facility is very well maintained. Its well trained staff has more longevity than other senior living facilities in its most desired area. It is less than five minutes away from one of Dallas’ major hospitals and top medical centers. Five Star’s chefs offer gourmet meals in an elegant dining room. Lighter fare is available in the Bistro. Onsite caregiving and physical therapy are available. We found that residents are welcoming and supportive of newcomers. From day one, we felt it was easy to make new friends. The friendliness of the residents and staff is unequalled.

I would rank Five Star as five in all areas except "friendliness" and I would rank them far above a five. It is a great place to live.

A few months ago I began searching for a home for my mother. I made several calls to different facilities. I was very impressed by the way the sales staff treated me during the entire process. I tried to be thorough in the selection of a new home for my mother. I had lunch, attended a happy hour with entertainment with my mom followed by dinner. During that process I was able to visit with 10-15 residents. Each and every resident seemed very happy and content to be at Five Star. My mother has been there several months now and she is very happy. I think I made a great decision.

Super helpful and friendly staff made the transition to new living so easy. My 89 year old mother in law recently moved to Dallas from Los Angeles and feels like she is on vacation everyday at Premier. She is already making many friends and says there is a party or celebration almost everyday. The food is terrific and she loves the roominess of her new apartment and the abundance of storage.

I have been visiting 5 Star for 2 weeks. I am sold! Shouts out to ALL the wonderful people living there,such a warm welcome! Need to mention the Director [name removed]. I told my kids that one word describes [name removed]-WOW!!! All the staff are gifted and dedicated to their people. The meals are comparable to a "5 Star " restaurant. To be close to family, my mother in law moved to the 5 Star after many years in Florida. She commented that she wished she would have moved there earlier. She is so happy and has found her community. She stays busy and feels comfortable and safe. I highly recommend 5 Star.

Every single person who works here has been so friendly and so helpful!! The other residents are friendly and helpful also!! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for an independent living facility!!

Every employee has exceeded our expectations! Food is great. Very clean. Layout of the facility is great for access to everything. Facility is safe and clean. Tons of activities are available. We are very happy!

I moved into Five Star Premier two years ago. The entertainment here is terrific. There are always activities going on, and I enjoy all of them. The staff is fabulous. The drivers take you where you need to go, welcome you home, and help you in and out of the car. The office staff is terrific; they meet your needs. I love the Bistro. Chef [name removed] is fabulous. She has been here for over twenty years. The front desk receptionist is here 24 hours daily and is always available for appointments. My apartment is beautiful and spacious. I moved here from El Paso. My son was given the task of finding my new home. After looking at so many places, my son returned to Five Star. This was one of the best decisions he could have ever made. I do not feel lonely like I did in El Paso. The people that I met here are like family to me.

Getting away from the maintenance and monthly utilities bills of owning a home has given us a breath of fresh air to begin the next steps in our lives! Located in a central location of so many places to shop and medical care, FIVE STAR PREMIER includes a car service too! From the day we arrived to check out this residence, we have been treated as if we were very special! The management staff have gone out of their way to respond to every question we had, taking us from one apartment to another, making sure that the one WE selected met all our needs. They have accompanied us throughout the facility, introducing us to staff and a luxurious dining experience. The drivers were introducing us to the weekly shopping experiences, while giving guides on other local businesses and how to avoid certain traffic congestion. The Concierge' have gone way beyond expectations. I could go on all day singing their praises, but, the best advice is: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY! SEE FOR YOUR SELF!

I've toured several independent living places for myself and Five Star Premier Residences of Dallas is by far the best by leaps and bounds! The sales ladies, [name removed] and [name removed], are personable, very informative and I did not feel pushed to make a haste decision like some other places. And I'm so happy I accepted their invitation to lunch during my first visit because I had so many choices to choose from and the food is absolutely delicious! I've actually visited three times and each time I see residents having a good time and staff interacting with everyone. I already feel spoiled - when I drive up and my car is valet parked at no charge! I'm very much looking forward to the all-inclusive lifestyle WITHOUT the big buy-in!!

I have lived at Premier Residences for almost 12 years. I moved in after losing my husband. I was looking for friends, a safe place, good food and caring staff. I’m blessed that I found it all here at Five Star! We are a big family here!

We have lived at Premier Dallas a little over 6 months. We love it here! My favorite things about the community are the beauty of the Atrium and our spacious apartment, Happy Hour which helped us get acquainted with other residents, the food and the staff are excellent! We looked at 25-30 retirement communities inside and outside of Dallas and Premier met all of our needs. The rates were also competitive.

My best friend used to work here when it was Classic Residence by Hyatt. What a first class place and she was very happy there. She was a caregiver for a senior couple and she was probably there for 1.5 to 2yrs. She loved her job and the amenities at Classic Residence. I haven't been back there since it changed it's name but if it's the same, this is a high class place that I feel anyone that could afford it would be very happy with, and could make nice friends. The food is great and offer a lot. There is a secure parking garage that allows seniors to maintain their independence. It impressed me as being a really first class place, for people who are accustomed to it and desire that as they age. I could highly recommend this place because I was there often and sometimes filled in for my friend when she was on vacation. THey run a tight ship and that neans cleanliness and security.

Love it. 100% occupancy. Will update me as units come available. Only 2 meals/day included. 2x rent to move in.
