If I could give 0 stars, I would. At first, everything seemed like peaches and cream. Then a certain staff member was hired. She treats the residents horribly and when we reported her, management was "shocked" to hear it (even though multiple complaints have been reported). I realize they are short staffed and help is hard to come by, but at the risk of mistreating the residents, shame on Evergreen. Please think twice before sending your loved ones here.

This location was fine. The person who gave us the tour had a lot of information and did wonderful. They just did not have what my loved ones were looking for overall.
We visited Evergreen and found it to be a lovely place, my mother in law would have loved to move in there if there was someone who really handled the business side of this facility. Don't bother to apply if you have a Medicaid waiver and limited income, they won't be calling you back as that was our experience. Very disappointed that we handed over private information that took time and effort to compile and have no idea who now has access or what has happened to it. No calls back from business office or Administrator. Very poor way to run a business that caters to seniors but doesn't really care about the person, just the dollars they may have. As a person who works in the Nursing home field, I would not put my loved one in a place where the names and faces of employees change faster than your or I change our clothes.
