My loved one didn't get physical therapy until the seventh day, and that is alarming. The food is atrocious. I wouldn't send anyone there. I'm not happy, she's not happy, and my sister isn't happy.

They have done a great job with my loved one and his needs. He has been shaven and cleaned. They change him, too. The speech therapist communicates very well and is very sweet and caring. I met with the nursing director and nurses and they all communicated well.

The rehab therapy services are doing a great job! The nursing assistants have been pretty nice and the administrative staff is very good. I do have a couple concerns about the nursing care. I feel like the patients' hygiene could be handled better, as well as answering call lights. The nurses do not really communicate with me or come in while I visit.

It doesn't smell. The staff is friendly. I did tell them to clean the bathroom once because it was dirty. He does not like the food. I don't have any communication.

Fantastic. It's great! They get my loved one to appointments. She is dressed nicely when I visit. They make sure she eats. They are very attentive to her. They try to make her think about thinking not just yes or no, but why she feels that way, which is good. Everyone we have run into has been good. They are great at communicating with us. There was a situation, and they called us and let us know.

We are very impressed with the facility with adequate care. We are very pleased with everyone. Everyone is genuine there with my loved one and the other patients. We see people cleaning things, and her trash is emptied on a regular basis. All of the food is fine. She commented that it is very good. The meals are not piping hot, though.

They are taking good care of my loved one. The therapy is really good. The nurses are very good. The aides are pretty good. The staff is friendly. The communication is okay.

So far, so good. They are treating my loved one well. It is clean. I think she likes the meals.

Everyone is nice, friendly, and helpful and answers questions. I am impressed with the cleanliness. It doesn't smell like most places do. They tell me a lot. When we first got there, it was the weekend, and my loved one had been sitting in urine for an hour before they came to change her. They have a short staff on the weekend, maybe. The nurses are pretty good. They are maybe slow and may need more staffing.

I think it's wonderful. Everyone has been wonderful. It is a beautiful place! The therapists are wonderful. They are nice and explain things to me. Really, whoever I have had interactions with is wonderful. I haven't heard from a nurse besides one in person. The nurses never answer the phone at the nurses' station, and I haven't had them get back to me. It would be nice to have someone man the desk. Sometimes it hasn't been cleaned when I visit my loved one's room, but maybe they just haven't gotten to it yet. The grits and oatmeal are always cold. I hope they could give it to him warm.

My loved one did well in therapy, and it helped her condition. It was very clean. The staff was friendly. From what she said, she wasn't getting any help. The nursing care was awful. She was not being cleaned and complained, and nobody was making anything happen.

They aren't attentive on weekends. My loved one couldn't get help. I walk to the desk and they look at my like I'm not really there, which is unsettling. They keep trying to get her blood and we called the doctor to see why, and the doctor said he didn't request it, so we don't know why that's going on. The food tray has only matched what's on the receipt once. They say there's a beauty salon, but there is not really. The therapy is good. The nurses could need work. They are not very friendly. Daytime isn't much better than night shift. The nurses could improve their communication. The marketing person is good. It is just the nurses that don't communicate.

During my father's stay there, it went well. For the most part, the staff is friendly. Some are more friendly than others. It is a very clean facility. My father let me know that he enjoyed the meals.

My loved one is getting excellent care here. I feel comfortable with the nursing care at this facility. I do not feel like I have to be there every second.

The overall experience was great. I would recommend this facility to a friend. However, I was not notified when an incident occurred.

The people at the facility have been very nice. I appreciate being called when things change for her. I do not talk with them on a daily basis, but I would like that.

The therapy is good. We like the director of nursing. I think that the facility could do some things better. Some staff are cheerful, and some are not. They could use more stimulating activities. I was told if my loved one stayed in bed, I would get a call, and I did not get a call. I was told she had to stay in bed and have her dinner in bed. I reached out to them about this with no call back.

The therapist is very good with my grandmother, and my grandmother is not the easiest to work with at times. My grandmother is a very picky eater, but the meals seem fine to us.

So far, the experience has been good for my father. The staff is very friendly overall. We just had an incident with a CNA, but it has been addressed. The food is pretty good here. They need to communicate with us. If you're not there 24/7, they do not reach out. If the doctor visits, I do not receive information unless I am there.
