Do not recommend. My father left this place and was having mental issues, they let him out the doors at 3 am, he was hit by a car and has 2 broken ribs and a punctured lung. The administrator hangs up on you if you have a complaint. They didn't even inform me my father left. Luckily I showed up to get his things, on my own. Extremely dirty and smells like urine. Go anywhere but here

Balch springs nursing home has some of the most caring and dedicated staff. They make everybody feel like family. The building is very clean. Staff is very knowledgeable. Residents love the dining experience. There are lots of resident and staff engagement. The activities are fun and you can tell that the residents really enjoys them. Love the atmosphere and professionalism. The rehab department works over and beyond to ensure your love ones recover or meet the goals to sustain function of your love ones.

I was a patient recently in this facility the staff was very nice the food is disgusting the shower has mold growing in it and oh yes they will steal your item this is not a good place to take your loved one they will lie to you they're Liars the therapy staff is very nice but if it's not it's still not a place to take your loved one
