Friendly staff and very clean The care provided is excellent from caregivers. Smaller facility so better resident to caregiver ratio.

Had a loved one that lived there for 4 years.

Friendly staff, the place is clean, no offending odors to deal with. Food is ok, nothing to get thrilled about. However keep in mind most of the patients don't want to eat and/or can't handle seasonings in food etc or in our mom's case she had to have her food ground up for her to ingest it. There were a couple of alzheimer's patient's that constantly wandered around, so patients have to keep anything valuable to them contained and secure otherwise you would not see the item again. Administration does make an effort to place patients in rooms with other patients that promotes the best harmony as possible. They have a good roster of activities every week, and have various religious denominations to conduct services each week. They do very well in comparison to a lot of places, Keeping a sufficient amount of competent staff all the time is always a challenge. Continued, active participation of various family members is highly recommended, if you want them to have quality care.
