Eden Heights was a wonderful facility. We chose them because it was quick, they had availability, and they took her on short notice. The room sizes at the facility were adequate for what she needed. Eden Heights is an assisted living community that is found among the rolling hills and wide open skies of West Seneca, NY. Our community is only minutes from downtown Buffalo, which gives visiting relatives plenty of lodging and dining choices during their visit. Eden Heights takes the beauty of Western New York and makes it the backdrop of a wonderful community.
The staff at Eden Heights believes that residents should be among friends, which is why we constantly schedule social activities designed to bring the residents closer together. Our staff works hard every day to enhance the lives of every resident, and see to their individual needs based on their treatment program. We put the scenic walking trails that encircle our community to good use every week, and we even have activities that allow our residents to enjoy those Western New York Winters.

I spoke with the manager and she advised me that they take direct pay only. Also said that Veterans Benefits take 11 months for paperwork to go through and that we would have to pay for those 11 months and then get paid back from Veterans. The place is too expensive for my mom.
