The staff here at Cypress Woods are exceptional. They are not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and compassionate. Each staff member makes an effort to know residents personally, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There have been numerous instances where their attention to detail and personalized care have made a significant positive impact on my daily life. The facility is consistently clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job, ensuring that our living spaces are both comfortable and hygienic. Regular maintenance checks are conducted, and any issues are promptly addressed, which really speaks to the facility’s commitment to our well-being and comfort. Communication with families and residents is a strong point here. The administration provides regular updates about any changes or events within the community. They also have an open-door policy for any concerns or suggestions, making it easy to feel heard and supported. My move-in experience was very smooth and well-coordinated. The staff provided great support every step of the way, from handling logistics to helping me settle in comfortably. They made a potentially stressful experience feel seamless and easy. The meals here are a highlight! Not only is the food delicious, but it also caters to a variety of dietary needs and preferences. The kitchen staff takes great care in preparing nutritious meals that are both appealing and tasty. There's always a good variety, and meal times are something I genuinely look forward to. It is older, but that is exactly what mom liked! Very homey, the staff is amazing. We did look at several of the newer places, but I think mom felt intimidated. Mom has alzheimers and this was a great fit.This was the most affordable by a long shot.

It's not unusual to see managers doing clean up, serving food, or general items. So far, not a bad meal according to Mom. Only thing I might change is rotating out food occasionally. I think Fridays are "Fried Fish" night. I would think after awhile, that might get old, but she loves the fish. Friendliness....everyone on the staff knows everyone and their personality and caters to each. Activities....I had to stop and get rolls of quarters and nickels for bingo. Seems to be played a lot. Also, gets her nails done pretty often as an activity. Cost....very fair from what I've seen. Was told the facility/network has recently been SOLD, which was news to the residents. A lot of them are a bit nervous as a whole since it seems to have come from out of the blue. In a wait and see mode. :)

We toured Holiday Cypress Woods during our search for Independent Living for our loved one. This facility was okay. The staff was nice. However, the facility had a sad and gloomy feel to it.
I've been happy with Holiday Cypress Woods. It's very clean, the meals and everything seem to be well prepared. The people are friendly - the staff as well as the residents. Overall I would recommend Cypress Woods to others.
I have lived at Cypress Woods for the past 2 and a half years. my apartment is very comfortable and is cleaned once a week with the towels and bed sheets also changed weekly. the staff is very attentive. the food is good with adequate servings. I was well pleased with the preventative measured taken during the Covid pandemic. the staff arranged for CVS to come and vaccinate the residents who asked for the vaccine. I will continue to live at Cypress Woods for the future.

I love being here! before I was becoming more and more depressed and isolated. now I play cards, bingo, dominoes and lots of new stuff I never thought of. I like the food and I have a host of new friends! and if I don't want to socialize I have my apartment with all my things. I am so glad I made this decision. the staff are so wonderful and helpful. this is HOME.

The woman that I met with I felt like we did not hit it off. I felt like when I shared other communities that I planned on viewing also the vibe that I got was not comfortable and hearing her discuss other communities and what they felt we could afford. It just felt like an off tour and did not sit well with me as my first experience with all of this.
