Cypress Square, a Navion Senior Solutions community, provides quality care in a fun environment. Staff provides assistance with daily living activities, as well as medication management as needed. Residents have ample opportunities to socialize through fireside chats in the community lounge, competing in a round of cards in the game room, joining a club, and more. Enjoy spacious gathering areas, chef-prepared meals, comfortable living arrangements, and access to upstanding caregivers who are at your service every step of the way.
Cypress Square is a community residential care facility, which in the state of South Carolina is a facility that offers room and board and a degree of personal assistance for a period of time in excess of 24 consecutive hours for two or more residents. Included in this definition is any facility that offers a beneficial or protected environment specifically for individuals who have mental illness or disabilities and facilities that are referred to as “assisted living,” provided they meet the definition of community residential care facility.
Total monthly costs depend on room type, select services, and the level of care needed.

After living independently for 80 years, we recently moved my uncle to Summerville. The staff has been so accommodating and patient with the transition. When looking for a place for a family member to join, the most important thing is to have staff that makes the place feel like home and that is exactly what sets Cypress apart from others. They have so many activities for everyone and do an excellent job including the residents.

My loved one passed away while under their care, or lack thereof. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

I feel like Cypress square has done a really great job taking care of my grandmother. The only issue that I have had is that they are understaffed. I feel that they do the best that they can with what they have. As far as activities they go way above and Way beyond to make sure that their residents are having a good time and get good experiences despite being in with skilled nurse staffing. I do feel safe leaving her there with the staff and anytime I have had an issue it has been resolved immediately within 24 hours. I do honestly feel like they care about their residents and that makes my heart Happy. I am very very very grateful for Cypress square and all that they do for our loved ones. Because of a place for Mom my grandmother now has a safe place to stay with skilled staffing. She is also not a very social person and she has now begun coloring and going and playing bingo. I would not have been able to find this place had it not been A place for Mom. I will be forever grateful to A place for Mom and Cypress square.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.The location is extremely convenient to my house. They have a lot of activities however they don't seem to include my loved one in the activities. The carpet in the living and hallway areas needs to be replaced and they tell me it is on the list of things to do.

I feel like the facility worked really hard to get us in quickly with a difficult situation. The staff overall was very helpful and nice. To me it is very expensive, but that probably has to do with the level of care my grandmother needed. Overall I thought they were a very good facility. I would recommend Cypress Square to others looking.

My parents are in the process of transitioning to Cypress Square from their home in Florida. We expected it to be difficult for them at first and it was. However, the staff at Cypress Square were there every step of the way. They have been caring and responsive to any and all questions we have had during the first month's stay. The age in place philosophy has been perfect for them and my father often comments on the deliciousness of the meals. My mother is able to wander and has become comfortable walking around and talking to others in the community. It has been a wonderful experience for our family. I highly recommend it.

We will be moving my mom into this facility this month. We have been impressed with their attentiveness and willingness to help and ease this process. They arranged for my mom to have lunch in the dining room with the other residents, which went a long way to making her feel welcomed and a part of the group (we’ve eaten there twice now and can vouch for the chef-the food is very good!) The rooms are a nice size and clean, and there are a lot of activities for my mom to choose from if she wants to participate. We walked around the entire facility on our first visit and were favorably impressed with the friendliness of the residents and staff alike. We look forward to a long continued relationship with this facility. Everyone has been amazing, both with us and, more importantly, with my mom.

Our family had an in person tour with Cypress Place and we thought the tour experience was excellent, but facility was very nice but the community was just not going to be the best fit for our loved one

I toured this community and it was beautiful! Very nice, 5 star facility. The price was comparable to others in the area, it was nice and clean, and the residents seemed very happy here.

I'm very happy with the care my mom is receiving at Cypress. The activities director is excellent! The actual facility is filthy however... the common areas are dirty, the carpets are old and dirty and should be replaced. There is a general lack of care to the facility, inside and out!

I toured several places in the area, and Cypress Place was similar to one of the others I looked at. I was not very impressed. It was an older facility, and the colors were very dark. There were lots of dark blues and dark greys, and very little color. It was a depressing environment.

We toured Cypress Place and had a great tour experience and first impression. We ultimately did not choose Cypress, because our heart was with another community.

When we needed a senior living option for my father in law we chose Cypress Place and are so thankful that we did. Unfortunately his diagnosis was more aggressive than we anticipated and his stay was cut short but both my husband and I were so impressed by not just compassion but also the customer service of the Cypress Place team. We weren't sure how well he would take the idea of senior living but shouldn't have been worried. We were actually surprised at how well they got to know him in such a short time and how much he enjoyed his stay. I would recommend Cypress Place to anyone who asked.

I would never recommend Cypress Place to anyone else. The care is subpar and the administrative staff are unresponsive to the family's concerns and questions. It would be nice for the staff to encourage and bring residents to activities. If the resident is fully independent then the activities are good for them.

I was able to get my parents in short notice and with some bumps in the road. The staff was excellent and I can see that they really care for the residents. They are helpful and kind! Cypress may not be shiny and new, but they really make sure that they are there for the residents. I tested the pull cord in the room and a staff member was there to help in one minute!
