I have been very happy with Country Gables. They really try to make it a home like atmosphere with lots and hugs and one on one. You would really think that it is a bed and breakfast inn somewhere. The rooms are nicely decorated and painted and large with plenty of closet space and a nice shower with a built in wooden seat that is very comfortable for the patient. There is a front and back porch area with ceiling fans everywhere. My brother actually found this place a couple of years ago but I had thought I wanted Mom in a personal home with a family. I do not recommend that after my experience. I recommend a place that is licensed.... Read more

I am so sad that we placed mom here. A few of the staff members are amazing! Thanks guys. The facility is filthy. The bathroom in her room has not been cleaned in over a week. The windows are disgusting. She does not get a bath unless a family member complains. Not a good choice. Please look elsewhere.
