This state-of-the-art senior living community in sunny Fallbrook, California, features gorgeous Tuscan architecture and well-manicured grounds. They offer assisted living and memory care services in a warm and inviting setting that promotes independence. Residents enjoy three chef-prepared meals each day under the guidance of a Dining Service Director who helps to ensure the meals are well-balanced and nutritious.
Residents are encouraged to stay active and participate in daily programming that promotes whole-body wellness. The staff includes an activities coordinator and a life enrichment coordinator who can help seniors find activities that suit their moods. The grounds of the community feature an open courtyard and plenty of indoor common space where residents can visit with friends. There is also a beauty salon, a movie theater, and a shared kitchen for residents to enjoy.
For those with Alzheimer's or dementia, the MONTESSORI MOMENTS IN TIME™ memory care program is also available. This innovative approach to memory care promotes meaningful and active lifestyles in a secure environment, regardless of care level.

Dealing with Cogir of Fallbrook has been a true delight. Their staff members are senior care specialists. They stay in regular contact with the primary care physician to guarantee that all requests and instructions are fulfilled. I still miss this community even though I had to move to [removed] because of my father's transfer.

Staff are well trained and very caring. This is now my home. I am able to carry on with all my favorite activities, painting. The theater is terrific. The residents and staff are all welcoming and friendly.
