Clover Hill Senior Living

I feel my mom is taken care of and safe. Although having more activities would be a good distraction. Also don't like the TV system they have. My mom has memory issues and she can't work her TV.

My wife and I are both residents of Clover Hill. We are extremely satisfied with the facility. We recommend Clover Hill to anyone or everyone that needs assisted living. The food service is a special part of the experience. [name removed] the chef, is the best.

I love size of Clover Hill Senior Living, because it is not overwhelming. My loved one loves the garden. The food is good, with no complaints on that aspect. The staff takes care of things that needs to be done within a minute or two. The community has a very warm atmosphere that is very inviting. My loved one fell in her room and the staff responded very well and gave her the emergency care that she needed, immediately. The staff maintained communication with me, while my loved one was in the hospital after the fall. Almost like an extended family. My mom considers the community her home. She is surrounded by friend and family at home.

My brother is currently at Clover Hill. I have to say that Clover Hill is the cleanest and nicest community I have ever seen. I worked in a senior living facility for 19 years and oversaw many staff. The care staff that work in Clover Hill are very pleasant, friendly, and take wonderful care. My brother never looked so good and he is happy here. They get a 5-star rating from me.

Our family is extremely happy to have found this home. Located in a residential area quite familiar for our Mom, it is extremely clean and has wonderful caring staff. While Mom has simple tastes, their executive chef goes out of his way to make her meals special. Maryanne, the director, is always available 24/7, to address any concerns. We have members in our family quite knowledgeable about long term care and this home is personal!

When Dad passed away, Mom was faced with prospect of living on her own and it was not a comforting thought. After much consideration amongst the family, we felt that she would benefit from living in a community of like-minded people, and so my siblings and I took on the task of finding a senior care community that would fit her personality and needs. At first, we looked at a couple of larger facilities which were nice, but we were hesitant to move forward because we felt Mom would feel overwhelmed in that large of a setting. A colleague of mine mentioned a smaller community called Clover Hill. We were intrigued and decided to check them out, and we are so glad we did. We've found Clover Hill to offer everything Mom needs, much as I would expect the larger places would, but the difference is the feel and level of attention. When she got there, she was naturally a bit intimidated, and the recent loss of Dad didn't help matters. We were amazed at how much time and attention the staff spent with Mom, not only in the first days, but in the weeks to come, until she felt at ease and comfortable. I can't say from experience, but I just can't imagine getting the same level of attention at a larger place. Mom has had nice things to say about the staff and has made new friends which is a relief. She's also mentioned to us more than once how good the food is which was important to her as she enjoys food. Kudos to Chef David! She also likes the varied activities throughout each day. Overall, it's been a great experience thus far and we've been very pleased with Clover Hill. I have no reservations recommending them to families looking for a place for their Mom or Dad.

Mom moved to Clover Hill shortly after Dad passed away. Although it was in the middle of Covid, we felt like she needed to be in an environment with other like-minded peers. A larger facility would have been overwhelming for her, but Clover Hill was ideal. Plus we felt that a smaller community was safer for her health. Mom was made to feel right at home. Given that Dad recently passed, this was an even bigger change for her and the staff at Clover Hill made sure to spend lots of time with her to ease the transition. She's being active and social too which is amazing. The end result was better than we could have expected. I should also mention that Mom is a bit of a foodie. Chef [name removed]not only prepares Mom's favorites, but she tells us the food is wonderful on a regular basis. Thanks to all the staff at Clover Hill for taking the time and effort to make sure Mom has a great experience. We highly recommend Clover Hill to anyone.
