We really like it the room, it is just the right size. The food is really good and the staff is premium. The only problem we had was with her next door neighbor who has the type of dementia that makes her paranoid and aggressive we have to really blunt with her to keep her from imposing on our time with Mom.

I had a bad experience with the business aspect. Also, they were unfair in the management of the radio in the dining hall.

There is no outdoors place where residents can go. Do not have a barber that comes in to give hair cuts. (Not free hair cuts but those we could pay for) I don't know anything about the activities as I am not in Albuquerque. I picked this community over others because I knew my loved one would only be there a month two at the most. It was convient at the time I was looking and it is hard to make decisions over long distance. The ones I delt with were very friendly and helpful. I did not like the idea that my cousin got out of the facility after only being in 2 days and when I called to let yall know he was out no one at the facility knew about it so no I dont guess I would recommend Brookdale to anyone based on my experience.s

We toured Brookdale Tramway Ridge during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was our favorite regarding people and facility. However, the rooms were absolutely dreary and we couldn't get past that.

Living at Brookdale for two years has been a very good experience. I feel cared for in this atmosphere. Top of the best and feel safe and well cared for. My friends have told me I have been lucky to be at Broodkale

My father died within a month of being at Brookdale. They were not transparent about the manner in which he died. They sent us an outrageous bill, which did not give us the deal they had initially promised us, and they also charged us for the time after he died. They were terribly understaffed. We never once saw them doing any activities with the residents. They just put people in their wheelchairs in the main room and left them to sit there. Overall it was a terrible experience.

It's a great facility with a wonderful, competent, efficient, and caring staff. Dad's currently in the hospital, and while I'm there with him, they are hands on presently assisting my daughter to relocate him from their Assisted Living area to their Memory Care unit so his return can be as seamless as possible. I'm grateful to have found such a wonderful place for him!

Be careful when dealing with corporate! Still getting bills from them. Mom had never even stayed there! Tramway Ridge are awesome, but the main office-not so much!

For the most part things went well. At times it was difficult to get hold of the upper staff or office staff for assistance. The staff that took care of my mom daily were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and there were activities for my mom to attend.

The environment at Brookdale is inviting, and the rooms are nice. The regular staff is very friendly and knows their residents well. They're very personable and professional. They greet us when we come in to visit. They're open to conversation and talking about any issues that might arise. They definitely do their best to address any concerns. The activities are a bit limited for dementia care, but they're trying to hire people to help with that. They still have things going on, including some field trips. The food is fine, and they all eat together at mealtimes (unless a resident is unable to come out - then they bring the food to their room). The value is good. Overall I would recommend them.

I toured this facility and it was nice. Clean, well kept grounds, 2 big common areas and a fireplace. It was very nice! However, the memory care unit was on the third floor and not ideal for my loved one.
We visited Brookdale Tramway Ridge for a tour for my mother in law. Overall we really liked the place, was clean and all staff were very nice. Is in our list of places to choose from.

Brookdale Tramway Ridge was a decent tour, of all the tours we had done seemed to be the shortest. A bit rushed could have been staff related or staff shortages not certain. But everyone was very nice and pleasant, the facility was very clean and nice.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience they me with us and answered our questions, but once we left there was never any follow up which was disappointing
