Brookdale North Tucson

We were thrilled to find this facility to accommodate us for a two week respite care term for my mother in Law. [name removed], at Brookdale North showed us the facility and did much to get us in in a moment's notice.

The staff at Brookdale North Tucson are very helpful. They tried really hard to accommodate our family's needs. And there are lots of activities and things to do if you want to do them. I would highly recommend them.

I chose Brookdale North Tucson because the took Medicaid patients on day one. Every other place I looked at required a 2 year spend down, which the family could not afford. I pleasantly found the place to be clean and modern, comfortable and the staff super helpful. After 7 months, my mom loves it there and tells me that frequently. It was definitely the right choice.

This community could work to improve on their communication skills.

Mom [name removed] and I like the smallness of this community as it feels like home. The menu has a nice variety and the food is very tasty. Care givers are compassionate both to residents and family members.

Your extremely wonderful staff makes my Dog and I feel safe, secure and cared for. Not one staff member has ever been rude or impatient when talking with me. My family live in New Jersey and they always ask me if I can still happy with Brookdale North. You are very lucky to have those employees. I truly mean what I have said in their review.

Staff were very friendly and involved with residents in this community. Residents looked very happy. Community was very clear and smelt good, clean and fresh.

I took my mother out of another assisted living center and moved her into Brookdale north tucson. I loved it from the moment we walked through the door. Everyone came up and introduced themselves to us. Many had been there since it had opened! That is saying something when staff LIKES to work there. At the other center her room was a disaster, it smelled bad, they refused to empty garbage cans. Would not put her clothes away, on and on. Well imagine my surprise when I went to visit her the first time. They do the laundry ( I had to at the other place) they put it away, Her room was sparkling clean and smelled good! She was grinning and so happy to tell me everything there was to do! They do on rides around town, they visit museums etc. Always have Bingo, puzzles, they were doing flower arrangements. I was so happy! Thank you so much Brookdale North for taking so much tension away worrying about my mom. I feel released!

Great staff and the Residents are happy and pleasant! We had visited 5 different places and were starting to get frustrated. My doctor told me about Brookdale North so I visited it. I was immediately met with a smiles from the residents and staff! The marketing woman focused in on what my Dad needed as well as my Brother and I. The initial service prior to move-in was top notch and it only got better once Dad moved it.

I came in to look at assisted living for my Aunt. I had been to a few others but they were too glitzy or the sales person was over bearing for the sale. This facility was warm and friendly. Everyone was easy going and happy! The sales gal was caring and just wanted to help me and my family! What a breath of fresh air !!! I highly suggest you visit!

It is obvious that the staff here really care about the residents. They bring all the little details of life alive here! Each resident is individually "pampered" it shows! They are all laughing, talking together and really enjoying themselves. The community is cozy and warm as are all the people living and working there! It is the little things like knowing you like milk, not cream with your coffee that really matters!! I was totally impressed!!

Beautiful remodel. Toured with my Mom. She liked the small feel. Very homelike. Only 50 apartments so every one knows each other. Staff seemed very happy. Residents were laughing and even introduced themselves to us. Mom definitely will be moving here in the not too distant future.

My mother has been in this facility for 10 years. Positive changes since December 2017. The community has improved. Our family appreciates the efforts.

Brookdale North Tucson on Ina may be a smaller community, but that does not stop them from having what I consider the most care and love for their residents. We placed our loved one there over two years ago and while it has had some changes the one thing that has not change is the care and love that these individual give to each one of their residents. Every interaction that I have had with the people that work there have been nothing but a positive experience. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to make sure their loved one gets the care and love that need and deserve.

Brookdale is a great community for my mother. She can be difficult but the staff deal with that professionally and with love. This is a great family environment for her. Things have changed for the better! Thanks to [removed] and staff!

I had a tour of the community and I saw that they were too big. I didn't care for the large size of the community.
