Staff always make me feel that I am really likable. Always!

The overall experience is amazing and the community is always clean. We absolutely loved all the staff and they are very attentive to the residents. I think overall the meals were very good. The activities were inclusive for all. The cost was worth it. To say the staff was amazing is an understatement, the fact that they treated us and our dad with dignity, respect, and kindness meant the world to us. Dad had his favorites for sure, and they seemed to love him as well. I personally cannot thank everyone enough for the experience. I will always cherish the memories. I have recommended the facility to some of my friends who were looking for a place for their loved one and I will continue to do so. Again thank you all for what you do and did.

I would recommend to others. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and communication with staff is very easy and productive.

Definitely an interesting task balancing my interactions vs my Dad's and the fact that they were in the beginning of a management restructuring when he arrived. It has gotten better in many ways. The number of people who show they really care and know my parents is something special. The current executive director and head of medical are wonderful. They have monthly resident meetings and do everything they can to address any legitimate issues that arise. They have also been very helpful to me since I live 6 hours away and cannot always be there when things come up. While there has been a significant turnover but even my Father is happy with 90% of the staff. For the meals it has been really up and down as the chef has changed a number of times but the current one is pretty good. The biggest problem with the dining room today is sometimes they are short staffed for servers.

Horrible. No security not even a welcome person. High staff turnover. It's just pathetic.

The staff was friendly and would treat the residents like people. I have heard of some bad stories from other homes. Brookdale kept my dad safe, and he seemed happy. They made sure my father was fed and even gave him extra if he wanted. Brookdale had mostly residents that are lower functioning. They would include the higher functioning residents in the activities for the assisted living residents. Lots of times I would visit on the weekend and there would be no activities, just everyone watching TV. For the small amount of activities and the fact they hardly ever went outside, it was the most expensive place I've found.

I would tell others to check on your loved ones daily. My mom was left on the floor for hours and when some finally came asked her what did she expect to have done for her.

Based on our experience with Brookdale Grandon Farms, there could be more staff on the weekends, but the physical therapy and the doctor would get 5s

Our mom was previously a resident at Brookdale Grandon Farms and they were a Godsend for us! I could not say enough about the care and compassion that we received from them. They are excellent. The management and staff were very helpful in answering all questions. They were very communicative with us. They made sure our loved one was cared for in the best way and went above and beyond. Also, the place was very clean. I would highly recommend Brookdale Grandon Farms to others!

When it comes to the cleanliness we have always had issues with his bedroom floor being wet/dirty from the window that needed replaced. The staff and everyone seemed nice, however they seemed understaffed and overworked. Never ate there. He didn't complain, but that's not uncommon for him. For the activities, they seemed to have options. After 11 months, we started shopping around and discovered we were being charged significantly more, for overall less service, than other facilities. We moved [name removed] to a different facility.

They are going through a staffing transition along with some staffing shortages but it is a really nice place and they seem to be very caring and trying their best. We have not had a long experience yet but so far we would recommend them to other families.

Finding a place for a loved one is difficult, especially for memory care. Brookdale has been wonderful. The staff is great and they really care for the residents. I do wish that the patients in memory care had more time outside and doing activities. Overall we are very happy with Brookdale and appreciate all they do.

They show care and cocern. They go out of there way to make people feel good. I would recommend to other people.

The service at Brookdale was not good, short staff and dining was a mess, we ended up moving our loved ones.

There is no complaints with the food. We picked this community because, of the interation with the management team, and I liked how well taken care of the other residents were. It has been so positive. I could not have picked a better place. Overall, I would highly recommend.

It was quite a letdown- we are actually going to be moving out. They dropped the ball in so many areas and we were very disappointed. You can't even keep track of management because the turnover was so high. Not one request that I made was addressed the first time, it always took 3 or 4 times. I would not recommend Brookdale Grandon Farms to others. If I would have known then what I know now, we would not have moved here.

They did a great job of getting us in here and helping us with our unique situation. The staff seem to genuinely care about my mother and they have been welcoming. She felt right at home from the start. Mom has been very happy and I feel happy to have her here. I would recommend Brookdale Grandon Farms to others
