I used to encourage my friends to move here, and I was proud to say I lived at [facility removed]. It’s beautiful and clean and lots of activities . But since Storypoint took over and it became Flourish, the quality of the dining experience has plummeted . I’m now embarrassed to have my friends join me for dinner, and the majority of the time we end up sending food back to the kitchen. We no longer have an Andiamos chef who took pride in our meals , we now have a cook who heats up frozen meals from restaurant suppliers . For the money we pay, we expect food that is somewhat edible . They only care about $$$ , not about fulfilling their promise of the delicious food pictured on the brochures . Our complaints to the chef and management fall on deaf ears. Come for just one meal , and I guarantee you won’t come back . Unfortunately I’m stuck . Don’t put your loved one in this situation. They deserve better

The most remarkable thing was how unfriendly the residents were - no one said hi to the staff people escorting us much less to us directly. Not welcoming at all.
