Our family had an in person tour and we did not like Belmont, they had dark rooms. They kept wanting to talk about assisted living and avoid our questions regarding memory care. Also more expensive. It could be good for assisted living. There is a pool.

Regarding Belmont: Limited help with toilet, and dressing. We were even there several times to witness when she rang for help no one came. Shared concerns with director at least two times regarding lack of attention to meds. Said they have more of a café style to disperse meds where residents come to them. Didn't work for mom. I didn't feel the housekeeping was very good. The activities were very good. Staff was great otherwise.

The tour was fine, helpful and we just went with another community because it just gave us that feeling that we needed.
