The communication can be hit or miss. The lady that runs the place is communicative but they don't always answer my questions. Assisting in reminding the residents to partake in the Daily Living Activities is something they could be improved on. The community is clean. I am concerned that they are understaffed.

Some of the patients stayed in their room depressed and lonely. Others walked the halls and were very nice. There was some patients who were very energetic and nice. Others were loud and rude. The costumer service was terrible. The workers were very rude and treated the elders like they were 2. The rooms are so overpriced. But they do have lots of activities to keep the occupied. I would not suggest this place at all.
