My friend is being well taken care of at Bel Haven. Various caregivers look in on him throughout the day, some just to say hello. He has had some issues with one of the residents entering his bathroom thru his next door neighbors door, but Management is keeping a close eye on her to curtain her wanderings. Most of the issues he has are minor and taken care of once he brings them to the attention of management. He feels safe there as help is only a call button away and staff does walk the halls. He is on a puree'd diet and though the food is not the tastiest, he is satisfied with it. He has had 2 emergencies lately and staff has been quick to call 9ll in the middle of the night and me in the daytime. They attended to his needs until further help arrived. In general, I am very pleased that I was able to get him accepted at Bel Haven as I was no longer able to care for him at home. Regards, Beverly Gardner, friend to Ivan Raicevich
