Atria Evergreen Valley

Attractive facility with all the features & services we need, at a very reasonable price. It would be hard to find anything else approaching a better fit.

I chose this facility because of the knowledge of the staff there. The director is so knowledgable in fact, that she teaches classes on dementia and the elderly. The facility has received awards for excellence and some of the staff have also received "best of" awards of their own. The facility is clean and well kept, and has a very attractive yet very comfortable atmosphere throughout. The price is very reasonable, and the studio apartments, though smaller than some, are perfect for my mothers needs. Of course they have larger apartments as well. They have a Memory Care facility on the first floor if my mother needs that in the future. For now, she will be in Assisted living. She has a beautiful view of the hills surrounding San Jose. The area is a in very nice district in San Jose called Evergreen Valley. It is very near an upscale golf course called Silver Creek. It is very near a shopping center that includes a supermarket and many specialty shops. I love my mother very much, and wouldn't put her someplace that I wouldn't live in myself. I talked to several of the residents, all of whom were very pleased with the care that they were receiving. Definitely give this facility a tour. You will be pleased that you did!

My mom is very happy and fitting in well. She says the staff are very helpful. There are plenty of options for the meals. They send a menu out every week. They repeat basic entrees and they make a special meal every day if you want something different. You can eat as little or as much a you want. They get dessert on top of that and she likes having one daily. They keep the meal simple and you know what your getting. She is really close to me and the ultimate reason why we picked the community

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my self and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff where on time to our appointment and and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I was pleased with how clean everything was and the open floor plan they had available to all the residents. They had a nice activity program as well menu selection for the dinning room. It was just not the right fit for me in the end decision.

I had a pleasant experience at this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our tour and made sure to give us lots of great information as well as answer any questions that I had for them. The property was very clean and had a lot of great amenities to offer all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for her in the end decision.

My mother has recently moved into this community and so far she is loving it and has had no complaints. I like that the facility is always very clean every time, its a very relaxing atmosphere. She has really enjoyed the meals as well as the dinning experience with the other residents. I am hoping she will get more involved with the activities shortly. I defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

My tour of Regency of Evergreen Valley went good, the staff was all very nice and friendly. The place was a bit more expensive than what we were could afford. It was more in the city and my loved one wanted something more home-like. This community would be perfect for someone just not for my father in law.

So far what I experience, the workers are friendly, people behind the desk friendly, maintenance is on top of things. The workers that work in the kitchen are very friendly and outstanding and ready to help . For Christmas I had a dinner there for my sister-in-law and I felt very comfortable going in warming things up there on the side of the kitchen. As for my sister in law she is very happy there. Over all rating I would give it a five *

We saw the largest 1BR floorplan, which was quite spacious and bright. The community director really took a long time with us and explained how they customize the experience for each resident! The main downside for my mother was the lack of closet/storage space and the very small counter/cabinet space in the kitchens, as she is coming from a large house. However, this community seems a very good value for the money, as well!

This place was close and offered what we need probably until a bed and board place was required for late stage Alzheimer's. Steve was must helpful.

Great community for our mom. She seems very happy with the variety of the meals that are offered. The staff is working on her to be able to attend the activities, but right now is not wanting to participate yet. Very clean in all area.The staff is very helpful at all times and we feel over all this is a excellant community.

From the moment you walk in there is a nice .Feel to the place is friendly caring make you feel good aboutb being here.

I am so happy with Regency. My mom is in the Memory Care. She is always clean, well-fed, spoken to and guided gently. It takes a kind heart and patience to work in Memory Care, and I have seen only that.

I did my research, and Regency of Evergreen is what I decided upon for my mom. So far so great. I couldn't be happier with her care, the facility and the staff.

The director for the memory care unit is excellent. She is very on top of things and knowledgeable. She is also very approachable. The staff is attentive and kind. The facility has a very homey atmosphere.

We are really happy that they check on her frequently and she has felt very, very welcome. We had a fear that she would want to go back to her home, but she immediately loved it and felt welcome and comfortable.

So far it has worked out really well for my mom. I would recommend the Regency of Evergreen Valley. It has been a really good experience for her. The facility is nice. The inside is very clean. Everyone there is really friendly. The staff is helpful. They are always willing to help and answer questions. The value is excellent. They do a great job at taking care of my mom. This is a really nice community.

Regency of Evergreen Valley is a wonderful place. My dad has been there for about a month and is doing very well there. We are very pleased with the staff, the administration, the care, and just the whole program.

I'm her trustee,and to my knowledge this is an outstanding place to live.The community is highly by friends and family members,so i felt it would be a good fit for us.Turns out,its a wonderful experience all together!The staff is very professional and courteous people.The location is easy to find,so it a gem when it comes to visiting family.I couldn't dream of a better facility.Its good for both parties!
