After losing my wife last year of a truly wonderful 47 years of marriage, I was completely lost in our two bedroom town house which I could no longer afford as having also lost her Social Security income with just my own. I was despondent and really felt there was no where else I could afford or want to move into. That is until I logged onto A Place For Mom, who referred me to Atria. This not only fit into my limited finances, but has resulted in an also truly beautiful living space offering three meals daily, tv and electricity. The facility is really beautiful and the staff from top throughout is top notch. They are all both attentive to all my needs and friendly. It has allowed and facilitated a sense of tranquility which I feel has been therapeutic in dealing with my loss, and I have been able to have my pet, Mimi, a Shih Tzu pup. Atria is just plain wonderful! Thank you Atria, A Place For Mom, et all.... Read more

One point we saw roaches on signing in. It's been a time to time problem. Also we were told by [name removed] the maintenance man that he would install a shelf in kitchen for better storage. that was in March and shelf still not installed.

Response from Atria Campana Del Rio
October 31, 2022Your feedback means the world to our team. Thank you for sharing, and thank you for choosing Atria.
It was nice and they were great but my loved ones picked another place.
I was reluctant to move here, just wasn’t willing to give up my beautiful home in Sierra Vista....but what a blessing this place turned out to be. It has been a excellent decision for me. Before my late husband passed away, we looked at the property in 2001...just in case we might ever want to be.. after he passed! It was apparent that I needed to be in Tucson for medical needs. When we were shown our apartment, it was just what we needed. Beautiful grounds and excellent staff from Maintenance, Transportation, Housekeeping, Security, Culinary Staff, Activity Director and Office Staff. With the pandemic, the whole world changed and Atria Valley Manor stepped up in providing in-apartment dining,. All field trips have been canceled. We have our temperature taken twice a day, which is comforting. If you’re looking for an Independent Living Community, look no farther.......but you might have a wait for apartment to become available, but when it does, grab it!

Response from Atria Campana Del Rio
October 31, 2022It has been our pleasure to serve you and your family. Our residents mean the world to us. Thank you for choosing Atria!
My wife and I have lived at Atria Valley Manor for 3 years, we start our 4th year end of February 2021. We looked at several retirement communities, but didn't find any that can compare to this one. Our apartment has adequate living space and a nice patio with front lawn. The Staff here is outstanding in go far beyond what you would expect, especially during this pandemic. You can search other places, but don't waste your time.....this is where you want to live.

We've had no problems with them - it's been a very good experience. It's a great place to go. A number of activities are available. The staff are wonderful. The food there is excellent, which makes my mother very happy. The apartment is just a little on the small side, and we've been having trouble getting her phone service hooked up.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a wonderful experience we absolutely loved Atria Campana, but at the time we wanted a two bedroom - two bath villas and they just did not have any available.
My friend seems to be very happy here. I did speak to staff on the phone and everyone I talked to was so amazingly helpful and friendly which is why I recommended this facility for him in the first place. They made everything very easy. I would recommend Atria Campana Del Rio to anybody looking.
We chose Atria because it was a little less expensive and also they are pet friendly and that was a big thing for my brother. They do offer 3 levels of care, independent living, assisted, and memory care. Their memory care area seems to be really nice. My loved ones live in a villa and it is a great size and has it's own car port. The whole dining room situation seems to be a little unorganized. Overall, I would recommend them to others looking.

I am very happy with my stay at Atria Campana Del Rio, particularly with the kindness and care of the staff. It sometimes seems expensive, but everything is too expensive these days.

I am writing this review for my aunt who has lived there for three years, but is not computer-literate. She asked me to share her views as she felt it was her duty to put her “two cents in.” She absolutely loves Campana del Rio. She believes that moving there was the best decision she’s made as a senior adult. (and it was a hard one.) She claims that the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is good, (and she is a tough critic,) the setting is beautiful, and the activities are fun and not just boring old bingo. And she respects their efforts to mitigate Covid 19. All in all, she thinks that the facility and staff sincerely care about her, and are doing the very best they can to ensure that her “golden years,” are exactly that.

What a lovely community while visiting the area I checked out this community. Possibly moving to the area and will need a great place for a family member. Prices seemed competitive. I heard great things about the staff. Plenty of activities!
