Our beautiful villa-style home is located in close proximity to all that Tucson has to offer. Tuscan, Arizona is known for its rich culture and history as one of the significant bilingual southern cities in the United States. We looked at several facilities and this was the one we thought to be the best fit for us and it turned out to be just that. We have a very nice apartment on the ground floor, we have a nice view out to vegetation. They also recently put out a paver patio so that has been very nice. All of the staff here take great care of the place and it is extremely clean, they do a great job of maintaining it. It has worked very well and I would recommend them to others looking.

This property was very large rooms were adequate in size with good kitchen facilities. We would have liked to have had washer and dryer in room rather than down the hall. While we were there did not see many people out and about, wondered why.

Placed my mother here. It seemed like a very nice place. I soon had a very nasty call from the manager telling me to immediately hire a 24 hour service to watch my mom or he would move her out of the facility. What did she do you ask. She has dementia and walked out of the front door. No one stopped her so they had to call the police. I did not feel this should result in a nasty call. This had not happened before. The Manager never did apologize for the rude call. I moved within a couple of days and now she and I are both happy with her new place.

We toured here while looking for a new place for ourselves, and to be honest, I felt that I couldn't get out of here fast enough. We had a meal here, and the food was fine, but the halls were dark, the ceilings were low, and I was uncomfortable with the obvious cliques throughout the community. The staff were friendly enough, but they just didn't seem to have a genuine warmth about them. This was just not the right place for us.

We liked this community very much. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable The residents seemed to enjoy being there from what we saw. The community was very nice inside clean. The only downside for us is that it was a little over what our budget was.

The community has been a good fit for my parents and they are doing fine. They made the right decision by selecting this community. They appreciate being able to go to the dining room.

The rooms are great here, but the entrance and first impression is more like a nursing home than a care home. Some residents were playing "volleyball" (sitting on couches) in the common area and seemed happy. It's a huge facility, though. OK if that's what you're looking for. There is a variety of rooms to choose from, since it's so big. The atriums throughout the complex were inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This community looked nice when we visited. There was one resident that seemed to be a little pushy. So mom did not think this community would be the right place for her. We did try the food and it was good. They do not have an open kitchen as they have scheduled times for the residents to eat. The people we met were nice.

Dismal environment. Areas Smelled of body odor. Little or no activity of assisted living residents. Not a good fit. On way out they handed us loose pieces of paper. No folder or organization of materials like other places. No business card. Way to expensive for services.
