I would give 5 on all. They took very good care of Glenn and we had a great experience all around. Anytime we went out, there was always staff (usually several) out engaging with the residents, helping them, checking in things. You could tell staff truly liked the residents and cared about them. When he was in Denver, the staff were usually sitting around a table on their phones or laptops and I felt for a couple of them was just a job. I've forgotten his name but the maintenance guy at Aspens is wonderful too, he loves his people. My husband could be challenging at times as he had bad delusions and was always on the move. My grandmother and I took a tour of Aspyre Rock Creek and we were very impressed. The facility is extremely clean and the staff always had a smile on their face! I will be happy to have her live here and know that she will be safe and treated with the upmost respect! If you or your loved one is looking for a new home, Aspyre Rock Creek is the place to go!
