Residents at Arbor House Assisted Living can receive round-the-clock assistance, supervision, companionship, and urgent care, thanks to trained caregivers who are overseen by a registered nurse. Caregivers provide personalized care with a wide range of services, including assistance with activities of daily living, housekeeping, laundry, and more. Additionally, some caregivers are Medication Care Friends who help assist with medications. To add additional safety, the community has emergency call systems and wireless pendants that are monitored around the clock.

I admit it: I did not want to hear that my loved one needed to move from independent living straight to memory care. I could see that he was becoming more disoriented and disheveled, but he enjoyed being part of a big, conversational community. As he was assessed by his doctor and various care facilities, it was obvious that he straddled the line between assisted living and memory care. I chose Arbor House Assisted Living, but quickly regretted it, because my loved one just did not have the ability to adjust. The staff really tried to help him as much as they could. I had many discussions with the leadership; they were very sympathetic. But assisted living is NOT the step between independent living and memory care. He was moved to memory care after three weeks.

5 for all. They are definitely the best pick for my mother and our family. The staff is FABULOUS!! Very welcoming. THEY are family. They treat us (the family) like we matter in decisions or suggestions. They do all possible for all of us, including my mother. The most important thing is... my mother loves it there!!!

This was a good community. My loved one had prior experience at another community and choose this community.
Arbor House is wonderful! I have already referred some others there. I like that they have assigned seats in the dining room, and the staff is always so pleasant and easy to work with.

We chose Arbor House because they looked the cleanest and the most attractive. The facility is very classy and when you walk in you feel like you are in a hotel. The residents looked well cared for when we went to tour too - they were dressed nice and their hair was done. I do think the staff could improve on their patience, my loved one says that they seem impatient when they are helping her to get dressed. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

Very pretty facility, room layout is nice, enjoyed visiting with [Removed] - there is a waiting list. Not sure it is the right property for my mom. They seem to have plenty of activities and ammenities.

The Arbor House Assisted Living was a very nice place. It was clean and everyone that we came into contact with was very nice. When we toured it, we had already found a community we liked, but this place was very nice as well.

My sister is pretty happy with Arbor House. The staff are good. I have visited the community a couple of times and it seemed clean. They do offer daily activities for the residents to enjoy.

We recently placed our parents at Arbor House Assisted Living in Norman, OK. We have been VERY pleased with all aspects of the quality of care, living facilities, meals, overseeing of medications, the interactions of staff with tenants, and very importantly with the cleanliness of the facility.
