Residential Care Home
I like how it is not some big cooperate owned place, it is just [name removed] who owns it and I have his number if I ever need anything - he is always easy to get a hold of. The staff are wonderful and easy to communicate with and provide great care. I would definitely recommend 4 Seasons.
I love how the staff go above and beyond to make sure that my loved one is receiving great care. My loved one is happy he loves this place. The care giving staffs attitude is always positive they make this a family atmosphere. Meals served are wonderful they are nutritious, taste good and have just the exact portions to them.
Moved Mom into PBH a little over a month ago and so far I have no complaints. Prior to choosing this place we went to Atria where it was very dark and dreary and I didn't get that feeling at all at PBH. It's a very nice place and the residents seem to be very happy there. Mom likes food outside of there but she tolerates it. The place is very clean and vibrant.
