(A Loving Care Home) So disappointed with their care. They are so inexperienced in dealing with individuals with Mental illness as well as Dementia. They are NOT experienced in this field at all. Our loved one was only there for one month and we experienced such horrible interaction with the manager. The medication was NOT giving as instructed on the bottle and paperwork from the hospital. The manager showed no compassion, concerns to the resident well being at all. The reason I am so aware of all the comings, because I was out for five visits within a one month period. I text, called several times to the manager as well as the owner an no response. So, upon my last two visits to this facility our loved one was so sick by this time, the EMS were called and back in the hospital again. All of this could have been prevented if the medication was administrator as indicated. NO, I would not recommend to any loved one. The manager, she has no social skills and lack of knowledge.

Every time I visit this facility, the staff are so friendly. The house is always clean and always in order. I would recommend that more staff should be there, there are only two caregivers per shift, seems like it’s not enough for the number of clients they have to care for. But overall I have no complaints!! The manager there even interacts and helps care for the residents when needed.

My mom became a Compassionate Care Assistive resident after my dad passed away. Mom seems happier at Compassionate Care than she has been in a while. The staff here really understand mom’s disease and she is treated with love and respect. In addition to assisting mom with all aspects of her daily routine, they not only do group gatherings but they interact with the residents one on one. I love when the ladies play music & the residents begin to dance and even sing (using their own lyrics). The residents feel & know that this their home & don’t hesitate to call it anything else. The staff understand and are very committed to helping the residents with any needs they may have.

This is a great home! The lady that runs the home, [name removed], is a wonderful person. Compassionate, clear communication, quick to help resolve issues, and went out of her way to help my Dad. The staff / help are also superb. Very friendly and great people. I highly recommend this establishment for your aging parent.

‘A Loving Care Home’, is the PERFECT place. The home itself is one of the cleanest facilities I’ve ever seen. One of my greatest fears was that my dad would end up in an expensive place that smells like urine and where the nurses would be mean and inattentive to the patients, never checking on them. The workers and patients together feel like family to me. My dad is comfortable and feels safe. [name removed], the overseer of the Home is a jewel. She is up close and personal. Anyone can see that she genuinely cares about each patient. Thanks for keeping my loved one safe, happy and secure.

Overall, the tour reflected a holistic approach to assisted living, combining professional expertise with a heartfelt commitment to creating a home where residents can thrive.

My mother was a resident at A Compassionate Assisted Living for a short time and everything was great. The floor plan was even similar to her own home, which we felt would be helpful. After two days, she seemed to have a friend already. She was only able to stay here for a short time before we had to take her to the hospital, where she passed. We took such care to find a good place and we believe she would have been good here. They identified the seriousness immediately and had her go to the hospital. That's the most you can ask for.
