Residential Care Home
When you walk in the front door, you feel like you are in someones house. It is very warm and inviting and not institutional at all. The cleanliness of the home is great, we have showed up with planned and non planned visits and the place is always spotless. There is a set menu with a wide variety of meals from what I have been able to see. Since it is a smaller place, they have the ability to give more options and can be more accommodating. It is always the same staff that rotates, so there is a lot of consistency which is very nice. The caregivers themselves give us great details when we ask questions. They also call us whenever they have any questions for us and they have constant communication. The resident to staff ratio here is great. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.
The staffs patients and friendliness is to be admired. I have never worried about my uncle being in their care and love how they interact with the residents. Very welcoming to me and especially my uncle. I would recommend Kannapolis House for anyone wanting a clean friendly home for their loved one...
