Lynn's Home at Riverside in Raleigh, NC

My aunt was a resident before her passing at Riverside! She received the most loving care possible! I would recommend this care home to anyone! Your loved one receives individual care as if they are in their own home! The small environment offers the comforts of one's own home! The staff was always on top of everything! I enjoyed every visit there!

I love this location. It is close to my home and the staff is great! My dad gets good care here. The new hire is amazing. It is difficult to find dedicated, hardworking, and attentive staff. We are very pleased and comfortable with them taking care of our loved one.

Elsie's Place Family Care Home in Raleigh, NC
4.8

Part 1 I just want to give a shout-out to the best Memory care facility in Raleigh, ELSIE'S PLACE! The day mom arrived [name removed] (the owner) greeted mom with arms opened wide, a huge smile on her face, and said "you are finally home we have been waiting for you". Mom, who did not want to get out of the car when we pulled in the drive, just about jumped out and into [name removed] opened arms. Mom was loved and cared for just as if (or better) than if she was living with me. I had not seen mom smile so much in such a long time. [name removed] and her staff could see past the dementia and saw the person mom was. On top of dementia, mom had diabetes and had had colon cancer which made her incontinent. Never once did anyone complain about caring for her needs. She was always well-fed correctly and clean. (One of the nice things about a 2/6 staff/patient ratio.)
