Residential Care Home
When you walk in the front door, you feel like you are in someones house. It is very warm and inviting and not institutional at all. The cleanliness of the home is great, we have showed up with planned and non planned visits and the place is always spotless. There is a set menu with a wide variety of meals from what I have been able to see. Since it is a smaller place, they have the ability to give more options and can be more accommodating. It is always the same staff that rotates, so there is a lot of consistency which is very nice. The caregivers themselves give us great details when we ask questions. They also call us whenever they have any questions for us and they have constant communication. The resident to staff ratio here is great. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.
Very impressed with this community!!! The staff was excellent for my mother and really took personal care and new everything about her. The property is beautiful and located in a gorgeous neighborhood just east of Southpark Mall.
Wilson Grove is an amazing Senior Living Facility. My 92 year old Mother in law was the very first resident there. There are now 2 residents with room to acccommodate 6 total! It is a very home- like environment. It is clean and has a beautiful back yard deck and a bird feeder for the residents to enjoy. The director, [name removed]. is so full of energy and love for the residents. This is her calling! My MIL gets 3 nutritious meals a day with 2 snacks. There are some activities for the residents and that will increase as the house gets to capacity. We are especially pleased that our loved one does not have to be medicated when she gets agitated or sun downing sets in as the staff is right there to distract her or comfort and assure her. If you would like to find a perfect place for your loved one, please call [name removed] Senior Living and ask for [name removed]. Take a tour and ask questions. [name removed ]is very honest about her mission and has a great passion for caring for the elderly. She can tell you about the levels of care they provide. Please call today. You will be very pleased!
