High-end option for seniors with dementia or other 24/7 care needs

Family owned, newly renovated assisted living home. First truly 5* residential assisted living option that I've seen in Charlotte (only seen other properties of this caliber in luxury residential areas in AZ and FL). All 5 or 6 rooms have private bathrooms, gorgeous decoration, cozy feel. They just finished renovating the whole home, I must have been one of their first tours. Given equivalent pricing to large institutional facilities, would be surprised if they are not full within a couple months.
