They're doing a great job. It's still new but I don't have a problem with anything so far. We looked at several homes before choosing Gems Senior Care, and noticed a real difference here. They have a lot of great activities, something for everyone. I really don't see any room for improvement - we are very satisfied!
The staff at Bon Homie is very nice. The facility is nicer than some others I've seen, but I kind of wish it was a little more for the money we're paying.
My mother has been there for about 3 weeks and they're excellent! I'm very pleased. I think it's a good value for what they're getting. There are supposed to be two caregivers every day. Sometimes there's only one. I guess they take a couple of days off which is fine. There are only 5 residents. I haven't had any problems. They administer medications and shower her and the meals are timely. There are no activities - that's my only concern. It's a single family home with a living room and a family room with a TV but they don't have anything else. My mother is lucky enough to have a private patio so I brought her a patio set and her crochet things.
