The Country Oaks at Hamilton Creek facility is awesome. I can not think of a single complaint or area that needs improvement. Our loved one was hesitant to accept moving to assisted living, but within a month, she was telling her friends how nice it is there. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
Their staff is very nice, but I would rate their communications around a 3 or 4. Some times you get good information but sometimes you do not get timely or accurate information. So you may to call back. I would recommend this facility to others looking.
This place suits her because there are no stairs or elevators. Flat exterior for easy walking and use of her walker. It has a nice little patio. Her place looks over a little courtyard. Most of her neighbors are respectful of her privacy.
