[Name removed] was a sales manager that helped us initially. She was wonderful with the move-in process and even helped us find some movers to help move my dad's furniture. The nurses and housekeeping people that I met were very nice as well as the staff in the dining room. I liked how the dining room felt more like eating out instead of a cafeteria, so I think that's really nice. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. When I call the front desk to check on things for my dad, they're always very nice and friendly, and they know exactly who I am. I would recommend this facility. The William is a nice place. It has been a good experince. It's a nice place, and my loved one is pretty content. I picked this community because of the cleanliness, it's smaller in size and close to home.
