I picked University Village because their pricing was better and the place seemed like a better value than other places. Plus, my brief interviews with a few residents were very positive.
This is a wonderful community. The staff communication with the family has been good anytime we have had questions or concerns. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and they have choices to choose from. The community could use more staff overall to assist with the care of the residents. Overall, it is a community I would recommend to others.
