Brookdale Broken Arrow

We are Very Happy with Brookdale in Broken Arrow They are treating my mother so good!!! The home be a little run down but the Care is Wonderful. Attitude of the nurses, LPN's & staff are Good & they are Gentle with my mom who is very trying in her mental state Thank you for your Service in putting my mom in the right place at the right time

Overall it's great. They are friendly and take good care of residents. Just the food could be better, really. I have one parent in memory care side and one in regular assisted living. Staff is great on both. Nurses are communicative. Any issue or question from everyone is answered. They're really nice there. Of course no place is perfect but I would recommend for someone looking. I've been happy with them. So are my parents.

Brookdale Broken Arrow is extremely expensive but based on the experience our family has had so far we would absolutely recommend this community to other families. The staff members have been very very kind and very very helpful. The food is great and we do think they have a good amount of activities for the residents to participate in.

They have made a great effort to make my loved one's stay very good. They go above and beyond what is necessary in order to be a place of great value. My loved one tells me the facility is very clean as well.

The impression we got from the staff right away was just how kind, friendly, gentle, patient and observant they were towards our loved one. The value for this community at the time was priceless for us.

The staff members at Brookdale Broken Arrow are very attentive, straight forward, and just overall great with their care. We have been pleased with our experience here and would recommend them to other families who are looking.

We've experience a very good relationship what the staff and other residents. My loved one seems to be as happy there as she might be. In my experience, no one is perfectly happy with these communities, because every resident I've talked to, no matter happy they are, still wants to go home. It's very clean, with no smells like you might notice at other communities. I've had the food at special events, and it was very good. They seem to keep the residents pretty active. The cost is high, but that seems to be the case everywhere.

We chose Brookdale because it just had a family friendly feel to is because it is a smaller community. I just felt like they communicated well and they have proven to do so since then. The room sizes here are adequate for what she needs. I have the cell phone numbers of the staff members and I can anytime call or text which is amazing, I always feel like I can get a hold of someone.I would recommend to others looking.

I would recommend this facility to others. The facility was well maintained and clean when we were able to visit.

Although, I’m in CA, my experience with the staff, especially the Director [name removed] and Director over Wellness and Care [name removed], has been very favorable. They are both very attentive to my mother’s needs and my questions and requests. Overall, I feel my mom is in a very safe, caring environment.

My mother spent the end of her life at Brookdale Broken Arrow in the Memory Care area. All the staff were wonderful! They not only took care of all her needs; they were also very good at showing to her love and compassion. The staff all really seem to love their job and love the residents.

Tour was nice. Small Rooms, only have one window and are dark.

This was a very hard decision to make, but so glad we did. Mom is 94 and was living on her own, her memory was getting worse and she was forgetting even the most basic things like eating, paying bills, cleaning etc. If we tried to help she would refuse, so for her own safety my sister and I decided to move her into Memory Care at Brookdale Broken Arrow. After some time to get used to her new life she is now doing much better. She gets her 3 meals a day prepared for her, help with dressing and bathing and fun activities to entertain and keep her happy. So now we can be certain that she is safe and well cared for by all the staff. Thank you everyone at Brookdale Broken Arrow.

We toured this community and were happy with the staff who were nice and able to answer my questions. The menu was appealing and the list of activities would have been helpful. I liked the cleanliness. We would have moved into this community if it was closed. We would recommend this community for the care and nice value.

I had an excellent tour of this community. I toured it for my parents, and their needs. The community looked great, and everything appeared to be well-kept. The staff I met was friendly, and informative. My questions were answered. This community rates were a little to expensive for our budget, but my tour went well.

Unfortunately my father in law has since passed away. However our experiences with this community was a pleasant one. We did feel he was safe, and in good hands. This is a wonderful community, and we were satisfied with everything they did for our family.
