I'm very hands on with my folks- so I know I personally make the experience better for them (I take laundry home 6 days a week because of my dads incontinence). The meals have actually gotten somewhat better as of late- they get their meals brought up to them. The housekeeping is great. Everyone is really lovely. I would definitely recommend the facility.
