We have no problem with the community, they people there are very nice. Our only issues would be the communication regarding our loved one. Sometimes it is hard to get information and updates but we think that could be because of covid. We would definitely recommend this community to others.

Bailey Pointe at Miracle Hills in Omaha, NE
5.0

We've utilized The Waterford for respite stays, and we loved it. We would have put my loved one there long-term except they don't have memory care. Even though the building is old, the people were so nice. The care was great. And the food was good.

The staff is friendly, location is convenient, it's very clean, the food is excellent, and the staff is quite flexible with eating times. There is ample opportunity for people to take part in numerous activities. I get somewhat frustrated with the response tome to questions/concerns we have had. But, we must understand they are dealing with numerous community members, who all have families who may have questions. It's just that since we are new to this I feel we have more questions that need to be addressed. I'm certain that will slow down and everything will We just fine. All staff members we have interacted with have been kind and flexible. And the community members, wow, they are so welcoming!
