Our first choice! We just experienced the difficulty decision to place my mother in Senior home. It was so very hard, but Morning Pointe made this process very easy. I would recommend the community to others. They are friendly, and informative. The communication could be better, not sure if this is because of COVID, or because they are busier. The administrative is also similar to the care staff.
We have used Dominion Senior Living of Richmond twice now, for respite care for my loved one. This facility is a great place and is always clean. It is expensive, as they all are, but the care is great. The staff is so good, sweet and very kind. I would recommend Dominion Senior Living of Richmond to others.
