I appreciate how friendly everybody is. Most of the time the care is okay. Getting my loved one to keep the fall detector lanyard on her neck has been a challenge, but that's not on them. They have a back patio, and I think they're going to be having a garden. And the inside is pretty nice.
There's always room for improvement, but overall, especially with the new head of nursing and Director of the facility they did a pretty good job.
We are thankful that we found Brentwood for mom. After breaking her hip we were not sure what to do next. The hospital sent her to rehab and that lasted only 24 days before another move was needed. Mom is in a good place and we feel she is well cared for. Between my sisters and myself who which we could be more available, we thank the staff at Brentwood.
