Highland Court Memory Care in Port Angeles, WA

I really like most of the staff. They are kind and caring. The food doesn't offer much variety over time. The housekeeping does a great job of keeping the rooms clean. A better phone answering system in order to get hold of residents would be welcome. Sometimes the staff is too busy to Get to the phones but we need to know our loved ones are safe and can call us or we can contact at any time.

Island View Place Care Inc. in Victoria, BC
5.0

My father spent the last two and a half years of his life at Island View. Although we live overseas, it was such a comfort to know he was being cared for by such compassionate, gentle and attentive nurses. We are so grateful for all the nurses and staff and couldn't recommend this home more highly for those struggling with dementia.

Sunrise of Victoria
5.0

So far everything has gone great with Sunrise! The staff is very friendly and familiar. They really get to know the residents and their families, and they seem to be on a first name basis with everyone! I also really appreciate that they tailor the care to each individual resident. The only negative thing I can think of is that it seems a bit understaffed sometimes. Mom really seems to be happy here overall!
