My Aunt developed Alzheimer's and the staff are phenomenal! My aunt can be a challenge but she is doing great! She goes to every activity and has made friends. The Executive Director is amazing and our family could not be happier. So glad we chose this community

The Village At Allandale in Kingsport, TN

Staff have always treated her with respect and kindness. They are all very responsive to my questions and calls when checking in on her. They keep me well informed of changes with her medication, doctor visits or if she has an accident. Mom complains some but she eats it. I think it more of what she thinks she doesn't like what they have to eat. They seem to have a routine on meals. I've not tasted it so I can't tell you on that. I know she never has been fond of soup. I know it has to be hard to cook for lots of people with different likes and dislikes.

Dominion Senior Living Bristol
4.0

Dominion Senior Living of Bristol is a very clean, convenient facility. They seem to be short staffed as most, if not all, other LTC facilities are these days. However, the staff that is there seem to really get to know and care about the residents. [names removed] are wonderful to work with!! They're always having special events, outings, and activities for the residents. I'm pleased with how much better my mother is doing since being at Dominion. The facility, [name removed] in Knoxville, was horrible so this place has been the best thing for my mother. I always see family and friends visiting residents which is another good thing for the entire community.
