They take good care of this community. The food was good when dad first moved in, however they have lost their chef and the food has declined some. They offer some daily activities. The staff have been friendly and encouraging. I would recommend this community.
We chose Brookdale Longview mostly due to the staff. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful whenever we need them. The facility also keeps the rooms nice and updated. I would most definitely recommend Brookdale Longview to others.
Brookdale Henderson is very clean and it does not smell at all which was big for us. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are great with communication and keep me informed. If there are any issues they call and let me know right away and get things taken care of. When she has doctors appoints they take her there and I meet them there and take her back, so very accommodating. They do have quite a few activities, sometimes she participates and sometimes she doesn't but we are happy she has the opportunity. I see pictures every once in a while on Facebook where she has been participating. We feel the value for the money has been great, they have given us peace of mind. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.
